Battlegroup Centre - Terms & Conditions 

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you and Battlegroup Centre..


When these Terms mentions "Battlegroup Centre," "we," "us," or "our," it refers to the Battlegroup Centre. If you use any of our services, we will refer to you using the terms "user", "visitor", "you", "your", "yours" in these Terms. 

This website is owned and run by Battlegroup Centre a non-profit association dedicated to Second World War re-enactment having registered number 611317 and its registered office at Monsville, Charleville Road, Tullamore, County Offaly Ireland.

Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and all disputes will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.

Entire Agreement

The above Terms constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Battlegroup Centre. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by a committee member of Battlegroup Centre.

This is strictly a non political organisation and seeks only to portray the uniforms and equipment of the German soldier of World War II. No deliberate attempt is made to glorify the political beliefs of those who were in power at the time. Anyone attempting to use the group as an outlet to promote or further their own extreme political beliefs or ideals will not be tolerated. Members of Battlegroup Centre are unanimous in enforcing this policy.
